Nightingale House Supporting the Commonwealth Games 2014

Exercise is important throughout your life and within Nightingale House we are hoping to show support to the Commonwealth Games 2014 by participating with the sports within the home.
We are currently asking service users ‘what games/ sport they used to like or would still enjoy to take part in’. We will be enjoying these sports twice a week by practicing. We may all be ‘rusty’ but we’ll give it a go.
